Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the sale and purchase of products via www.championball.shop.

Products
Champion Ball products are handmade decorative pieces made from acrylic glass and stabilized moss. Each product is unique and may slightly differ in texture or tone.

Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods: Payment via Bank Transfer
Payment is considered completed only after successful settlement.

Delivery / Shipping
Products are shipped via Slovak Post.
Delivery times are provided for each product and may vary depending on the destination country within the EU.
The risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the customer upon delivery.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty & Liability
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
The seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, texts, and designs of Champion Ball products are protected by copyright.
Any use of website content without the seller’s consent is prohibited.

Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By purchasing, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with these policies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU legislation.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Slovakia.
