Shipping Countries
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Slovak Post with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time
Each product is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. 

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within:

• EU countries: 5–10 business days

• Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs
Phase 1: Ball is securely packaged and shipped to your address; packaging and delivery are included.

Phase2: Shipping costs are finalized individually. Packaging is included in the price of the ball with the display stand.
