Phase 1:

Prototype

Order and production of the prototype ball with stand (choose option A. or B. from table)

1. Order Request

The club sends a request for a prototype ball, specifying the model.

2. Design Coordination

Submit your instructions for graphics. We will create a complete custom design for engraving for you. Alternatively, we can use the vector graphics you provide.

3. Production

The prototype ball is carefully crafted with engraved acrylic, moss arranged according to the club’s identity, and the logo applied in gold. The production of a single ball should take up to one week.

4. Payment

We’ll send you photos of the finished ball for your approval, and you will pay the agreed price before shipping.

5. Packaging and Shipping

Then the ball is securely packaged and shipped to your address; packaging and delivery are included.

Phase 2:

Batch order

Production of multiple units with consistent quality.

1. Prototype Approval

Confirm that the prototype ball with display stand meets your expectations.

2. Package Selection

Choose from our packages of 5, 10, 25, 50 balls or more.

3. Deposit

To initiate production, a 40% deposit is kindly required upon order confirmation.

4. Order Scheduling

Delivery time is agreed upon based on your chosen package.

5. Packaging & Shipping

Shipping costs are finalized individually. Packaging is included in the price of the ball with the display stand.

6. Final Payment

The remaining 60% will be arranged according to our agreement once you receive your product.
